Good afternoon,

There is a possibility that urgent Extraordinary General Meeting or an AGM might be convened in SP52948 shortly.

To avoid all ambiguities, Waratah Strata Management is requested to:

a) Include all Lot 158 Motions for AGM 2019 for EGM/AGM 2020,

b) Amend Minutes of AGM 2019 to comply with strata laws,

c) Amend Minutes of AGM 2019 and recalculate the quorum to reflect factual state of financial owners before the meeting.

In accordance with SSMA 2015, Schedule 1, Part 2, Section 4, co-owner of Lot 158, submits the following Motions for
the AGM 2019 to the Secretary of the Executive Committee.

The number of Motions is relatively large as they were disallowed
without valid cause in previous years. And many owners are new who do
not have history of the past events.

PDF is a valid format for official submissions.

I reserve the right to amend the Motions before the agenda is sent to
all owners. Please advise what the latest cut-off date for submissions is.
