To whom it may concern,

a) About a week ago, somebody from Jemena initiated unsolicited phone call about our hot water gas readings. I explained very politely that we do the readings ourselves and deal with the service provider directly (AGL).

b) Today, a letter arrived from Jemena asking us to provide evidence of hot water gas reading.

c) We will NOT provide it to Jemena as there is no valid reason to do so, and in addition, we ask your company to stop with nuisance calls. Lot 158 at 1-15 Fontenoy Road, Macquarie Park NSW 2113 provides self-reading for hot water gas meter directly to AGL since March 2018 in two manners:

There is absolutely no requirement to use Jemena services for it. Under the current applicable NSW Gas Retail Market Procedures, we contact our retailer (AGL) to provide the reading. In addition, we note that due to proper reading of the meter, we do not get billed for so-called estimated readings.
