Around quarter of owners in SP52948 have peep holes. The worst example is ex-EC member Mrs. Maureen MacDonald Lot 151 who has two peep holes.

13 owners have external door snakes.

Many owners attached extra elements to doors or door frames.

Evidence for all units has been collected.

If the door is fire rated so is the door frame. Penetrating the frame for hinges and locks, adding door jams or seals, etc has the potential to affect the certification of the opening and may make it non-compliant.

In addition, By-Law 5 is very clear about keeping up the appearances of the rest of the buildings.

Examples of different coloring scheme for under-door metal covers in Lots 19, 20, 21, 23, and 27 show non-compliance with By-Law 5. Many more proofs from other units is kept as evidence.
