Hello,

Is it the same person giving advice to you as for removing two motions at AGM 2012, deceiving CTTT, failing to provide evidence, and even suggesting what we claim to be fraudulent activity with approving solicitor Adrian Mueller engagement retrospectively at illegal paper EC meeting (I have evidence about it)?

I cannot be unfinancial because the District Court case is in proceedings and pending hearings. Whilst the court case is active, you cannot, under any valid circumstances say that I am, or am not, unfinancial.

As a side note, the EGM tonight is invalid due to numerous issues with non-compliance with the SSMA 1996 and SSMA 2010.

You also failed to provide details of Motions in relation to which Sections of the Acts apply to them (justify the motions as per law).

In any case, for the record, I vote AGAINST all Motions tonight.

As well, there is no second quote for another lawyer for the Solicitor's engagement in case SCS 13/50737.

Finally, according to your Motion tonight, the EC and you prevent me from accessing documents in accordance with Section 108.

I will not contact you about it anymore. As far as I am concerned, you failed to submit documents I paid for three times just in one year period.

You can either deliver the files I asked for to my address now, or wait for the CTTT hearing and justify your personal actions then.

Do not take it personally, based on hard evidence, your manager Paul Banoob and you are prime examples of unethical and unprofessional people.

For Your Information.

Our office has received legal advice that you be un-financial, and therefore not entitled to vote at any General Meeting, including the EGM to be held on 4th December 2013, if the $8,800.00 costs awarded against you by CTTT is not paid in full.

Thank you.
