I conducted strata document search at Waratah Strata Management on 31 May 2019 and found several documents that show attempts of manipulation of Ryde Council by Waratah Strata Management and maintenance staff.

Last time, Ryde Council rejected the request for parking in May 2017.

Unredacted attachment "SP52948-EC-confirms-parking-problems-caused-by-townhouse-owners-abuse-due-to-improper-use-of-garages-10Sep2018.webp" proves the real reason for push to illegally use public space for car parking: it is due to improper use of garages in townhouses.

Unredacted attachment "SP52948-Waratah-Strata-Management-plan-how-to-influence-Ryde-Council-staff-to-rezone-public-land-21Apr2017.webp" shows how Waratah Strata Management and EC members planned to bully/blackmail council staff to approve public land for parking (exchange for votes to stay in office).

Unredacted attachment "SP52948-Waratah-Strata-Management-planning-to-reopen-access-to-public-land-in-spite-of-knowledge-of-illegal-parking-9Aug2018.webp" shows plan by Waratah Strata Management and EC member to open gates to public land even without consultation or approval by Ryde Council and how to hide that it was supported by EC members and strata manager.
