Hello John,

I am not sure if there is any breach of contract, but the following was observed by me at 14:35 hours today, as I was coming back home:

a) Two Universal Strata Services employees were playing tennis on court 2 in our complex. They were in full Universal Strata Services uniforms. I could not tell from a distance if they both work here or only one of them.

b) The time was 14:35 (not even a lunch break), so either they had finished all work for the day and having fun, or "playing truant" when they were supposed to work.

In both cases, it somehow did not look right.

c) The complex facilities are for the owners and their friends/visitors. That is our rule. I am not sure that any of this applies to the two people today.

Maybe this was an innocent once-off game. In any case, I wonder if Bob and/or Ruth know about it, especially at the time when they are very eager for us to renew their contract.

Please ask them to check quietly. Much better and more considerate employees of theirs were "let go" by Bob and Ruth from the complex in the past. I am sure they will take some action.

I remember, very long ago, we had a live-in caretaker who was spending more time playing tennis and flying kites than working in the complex. He even refused to take care of recycling bins. He did not last too long...
