Hello,

Related to maintenance contract obligations as per Section 6.3 and 6.4 and SP52948 By-Laws 6 and 8.

In period between 12:55 and 13:15 hours today, 29 September 2019, Lot 158 collected photos of neglected or poorly managed common property in the complex, including outstanding issues for fire doors.

At exactly 13:06 hours, whilst walking towards fire door 7 (exit towards swimming pool area), maintenance staff followed Lot 158 and whilst passing them near Fire Door 7 said the following completely unprovoked and not engaged by Lot 158:

This is exemplary language exhibited by some staff.

The staff member, who has history of abusive behaviour, appeared to have intention to threaten or intimidate Lot 158, or give them some kind of orders.

Lot 158 did not respond.

Hi,

As part of the document search on 31 May 2019, tenant's complaint was found in regards to behaviour of maintenance staff on 18 March 2019.

Response to her, or evidence of any disciplinary action against staff, was not found.

Please provide an update on this matter.
