For more than three weeks now, at least one of the exhaust fans on roof in Block A is failing to provide proper ventilation in Block A.

The smell coming through the vent quite often is unbearable, so much so that we had to cover the two grilles in one bathroom and laundry room.

There was a commitment by maintenance staff on notice board that the problem would be resolved within a week but that did not happen yet, or the work was not done properly.

Please attend to it as a matter of urgency.

I note that my web account is still blocked three months after I reported it and that Waratah Strata Management admitted obtaining access to my private password without authority or disclosure (that was not the default password but the one ONLY I SHOULD KNOW). This:

a) Discriminates against my family and me,

b) Prevents us from accessing strata files that are published on website,

c) Prevents us from accessing invoices for levy payments,

d) Prevents us from reviewing current balance sheet of strata plan,

e) Prevents us from reviewing current payments for our levies,

f) Possibly provides out web account details to third-party as there is no evidence of proper keeping private information at Waratah Strata.
