Hi,
As per SSMA 1996 Section 22, please provide immediate answers to the following:
1. Who verified and approved payment to MS & Associates in amount of $400.00 for Christmas gift vouchers to caretaker and staff (eight people altogether), as invoiced on 15 December 2015 but expenses incurred on 17 December 2015?
2. Provide names of those eight staff that received gift vouchers and ensure that this perceived conflict of interest is lodged in the Minutes of the next EC and general meetings.
3. Ensure that the electricity contract renewal is clearly explained to owners in the next EC meeting and included in the agenda:
4. Agenda to be included for the next EC meeting (not responded to by BCS and overdue for almost 12 months):
5. Ensure that the analysis of roof repairs and excessive payments in 2015 are included in the agenda for the next EC meeting:
