Thank you for your email

Currently we are experiencing a high volume of communication in relation to prperty damage and water leaks due to the extreme weather conditions Sydney is currently experiencing. We are working hard to get through the current workload andwould appreciate your patience at this point in time.

Unfortunately roofing contractors will not be able to attend and repair any roof issues until the rain subsides. It is predicted that the weather conditions will continue for the week ahead.

If you have any minor leaks, we would appreciate your assistance in controlling leaks as best as possible with buckets/towels & drying carpet with towels and fans. Please take extremem care when using electric fans or blowers near wet areas.

It is likely that insurance claims will be required to be made, so please document any damages through photos and videos to assist with this.

Emails will be responded to in order of priority. We appreciate your understanding.

If your email is related to severe or life threatening  flooding/property damage pls call the SES asap on 132 500 or emergency services on 000.

Please stay safe and take any necessary steps to protect yourself, yur family, and your personal belongings.
