Subject: FOR CONSIDERATION AND OFFICIAL RESPONSE: Half-meter hole in the building wall in Block C not repaired for more than half a year on 9Feb2019

For strata records.

The status of the complex is literally in horrendous state when one looks behind the appearances.

I received authorisation to report the following issue that might affect my own insurance costs and possible litigation by parties affected by lack of proper maintenance (especially in light of disaster with Opal Tower at Olympic Park):

Why is the half-meter hole in the wall on level 6 in Block C kept secret from owners by deliberately covering it with simple panel and not repaired in a timely manner?

As a side note, it is amusing your display of "professionalism" and lack of decisive actions regards to smoking in the complex. The attached photo shows childish attempts to hide the ashtray at about two meters above the ground near the louvres behind Fire Door 2 in Block A.

Video recording has been collected that Fire Door 2 was opened for more than five hours several days ago, without any valid reason that required it to be opened apart from smoking purposes), and that happened whilst maintenance staff was at work himself.
