Another incident in elevator in Block A on 9 May 2019.

took both passengers on level 2 and brought them up to level 7,
where a tradie in yellow uniform joined. As well, the shaking of
the enclosure was above the normal level.
The elevator then went to the basement. The exit of three persons from the elevator would be recorded on the CCTV and the tradie would be able to confirm it.

Hi,
For the strata records, issues that directly affect Lot 158.
a) 21 February 2019: in direct talk with technicians who were working unannounced in Block A elevator, the following was confirmed:
b) 1 March 2019, owner from Lot 158 called the elevator on level 2 to go to the basement at 18:59 hours. In the same time frame tenant from Lot 152 with two children pressed the button at the basement to go to level 1 and was waiting.
A third passenger, from ground floor also got involved: the elevator was located on ground floor and the alleged EC member from Lot 147 embarked with the intention to go to the basement. Instead of basement, elevator came up to level 2 and picked the passenger from Lot 158. The shock on the face of owner from Lot 147 was obvious.
The elevator then took both owners from Lot 147 and 158 to the basement, where a parent with two children was already waiting to go to level 1.
c) 1 March 2019 at around 20:25 hours. Owner from Lot 158 walked
through the fire stairs and entered through fire door on level 2
and met with a female owner from Lot 163 who was waiting for the
elevator. She asked in frustration if something was wrong with the
elevator because she had waited for it for a while and it was not
stopping on level 2. Instead, it was constantly bypassing level 2
and going to upper floors. Soon after her comments ended, the
elevator arrived from level 7 (empty) and the owner from Lot 163
went down.

Hi,
For the strata records. To keep logbook of the incidents.
Additional personal experiences by Lot 158 tenants with elevators in the complex.
a) At 19:43 hours on 10 February 2019.
Block C elevator on level 6. Button pressed to go to level 7.
The door automatically half-closed then re-opened, and then finally closed and went up to level 7 in the second attempt.
b) Three issues on 17 February 2019:
Around 11:00 hours: Two tenants from Lot 158 pressed button to go to basement. The elevator was not busy at the time. Elevator came up from the lower floors but did not stop on level 2, instead continued to upper levels. On the way down, it did not stop on Level 2.
In the second attempt, it came up to level 2, and the carriage was empty. The tenants from Lot 158 realised the carriage was about to travel to upper levels again, so they did not embark. The lights on the board next to the door showed that it went up to level 7, then stopped on the way down on level 5. Then, it finally stopped on level 2. In the elevator was wife of Lot 181 (EC member) who exited on the ground floor.
About an hour later, around 12:00 hours, a single owner from Lot 158 pressed button from ground floor to go to level 2. The elevator was in the basement at the time. Instead of stopping on the ground floor, the elevator went straight up to some higher level. In the second attempt, the elevator came down to the basement, without stopping on the ground floor again. Further, without stopping on the ground floor, it continued to travel from the basement to some upper level. In the meantime, two young boys from Lot 163 also arrived to wait for the elevator on the ground level. Since the elevator was not coming, they decided to use stairs. A single tenant from Lot 158 finally got into the elevator, which came from upper level empty, stopped on the ground floor, and took the passenger to level 2.
