Subject: COMMENTS ON EC MINUTES: SP52948 14 Dec 2011

Hello Gary,

Thank you for the minutes.

As expected, and part of my plans, the executive committee did not attempt to address the Mediation request yet again.

I am perfectly happy with their response. That is what I was counting on.

For the record, I am proceeding with the Adjudicator's request at the CTTT and we will all have to deal with it in January 2011.

Over the next several days, I will request some further information from the specific members of the committee that should be ready for CTTT in January 2011.

I am sorry to emphasize again that your office failed to provide proper documentation for which I paid in full (my visit to your office on 14th of October 2011).

Some documents were completely missing on the day when I was told they "were ready for me", some were forwarded later on but they miss lot of information, and some are still outstanding (see below).

This is what Simon Wicks wrote on 16th of October 2011 (you received a copy of the email too):

Our colleague who attends to our banking requirements is on vacation and I am currently unable to locate this current advice. We'll email it to you when located.

The term deposit rates and maturity dates for the current deposits with the Macquarie Bank. Please send them (I would think it is Gary's responsibility now?).

In the meantime, I will go to the Post Office and settle the invoice for the document search this afternoon. I never delay attending to my obligations.

The sum of $154 as per your Reference Number 666666 will be paid into your account today.

If, for the sake of argument, it turns out that the our money was not in term deposits for several months, then we are talking significant losses to owners corporation. If the money was invested properly, I must have the full details, as per legal rights that I, and every other owner, have.

Regards,
