Hi,

Another day, another problem to report. No comments are necessary.

a) Smoking in the basement continues without "disruptions", even on days and during working hours.

b) Seven cigarette butts literally thrown behind gazebo, creating soil pollution and smell nuisance, without cleaning.

c) Dog waste not cleaned up for several days near tennis court.

d) Another water leak (for two days now) below Block B, and causing traffic disturbance.

e) Poor maintenance of tennis court area.

We also report that due to sharp wires protruding on the fence (broken wiring on the fence and not properly maintained), female owner of Lot 158 got several scratches and hurt herself trying to retrieve the tennis ball. This is now kept for legal reasons.

f) Garden bed area near swimming pool again repaired and requires repainting just two years after major works.

g) Garden bed near Block B requiring more repairs just two years after major works.

h) And much more damages to garden walls around the complex (just two years after allegedly "excellent" project).

i) Various problems found in Block A, including replacement of non-standard lights on floors 6 and 4 and not painting the ceilings.
