Hello Peter,

Now that I am back from overseas and interstate business trips, I am able to check the documents that your office sent to me as part of the agreement between me and the Solicitor Adrian Mueller.

After very careful and thorough checks, I can conclude that everything but one set of documents is in order.

In other words, I have received what I had asked for, but year 1st of September 2009 to 31 August 2010 is completely missing.

Please address it as a matter of urgency.

You are correct, The Solicitor and I signed the agreement that you will provide full details for years 2008/2009, 2009/2010, last quarter of 2011 (1st of July to 31st of August 2011), and whole 2012.

The timeframe is 14 days.

In the future, of course, any new request would have to you, upon which you can organize the access to files and charge fees as per regulations. I had such access organized last year in November but received only 2 1/2 years of files instead of five (although I paid your office for all of them).

Anyway, it is good to see some progress.

Further to your e-mails of earlier today requesting various information, I advise that these requests have been reviewed and the following response is offered:

- The Owners Corporation has agreed to provide you with certain financial information within 14 days, as per the agreement reached at the CTTT on Wednesday 17th October 2012.

- The Owners Corporation will honour that agreement.

- Neither the Owners Corporation nor the Strata Manager has any obligation to provide you with further information.

- As a registered owner within the scheme you are entitled to inspect the Owners Corporation’s books and records in accordance with Section 108 of the Strata Schemes Management Act 1996 should you wish to obtain any further information.
