Subject: PROBLEM REPORT - 13th COMPLAINT: Smoking in basement near Block A continues - 8Mar2020
Date: 8/3/20, 1:36 pm

Good afternoon,

Three members of Lot 158 family drove their car into their garage at 13:13 hours.

Strong smell of cigarettes was present in area from rubbish bins below Block A all the way to Lot 158 garage.

A 13:14 hours, staff passed by rubbish bins and through the corridor next to the known smoker, who was inside their garage (loud coughing was indisputable). The staff member did not react to the cigarette smell.

Three minutes later, at around 13:17 hours, same staff walked from the main garage entrance of the complex, along the corridor where the known smoker was still sitting in their garage and went to the elevator in Block A. Again, the staff member did not react to the cigarette smell.

The whereabouts of staff is certainly available on CCTV cameras.

The attached photos also show the cigarette butts were not cleaned from near gazebo for the third day (evidence from previous days is kept by Lot 158).

Thank you.
