I received the first offer for strata management contract
renewal due to making decision before September 2016
(in line with current contract with BCS Strata Management).

Due to privacy issues and to prevent conflict of interest,
I cannot provide it to your office.

Please provide details of when and how will EC organise
the selection process (has to be approved at general meeting).
I will then submit it to relevant member of the EC,
along with other quotes as they become available for
caretaker and strata management contracts.

If the caretaker's contract was already renewed (nine months
before the schedule, without competitive tenders, and in
non-compliance with caretaker's signed contract), please
provide a copy, including who signed it.

This is an advance notice that two tenders for Caretaker's and
Strata Management's contracts shall be submitted in due
course to SP52948 in 2016.

The decision to renew contracts of such large scale is to
be made at general meeting before their expiration. Increase of
above 16% for Caretaker's contract in 2014 and proposed one
of 2% increase for renewal in 2017 is extremely large and
needs to be market-evaluated.

In addition, as well known and published, BCS Strata Management
failed to comply with SSMA 1996 S107 to prove any tender
for these contracts in 2014.
