Almost one month after I asked this question, you are still
failing to satisfy the requirements as defined
for your job in the SSMA 1996 and your Strata Management
Contract 1999.

For the pending CTTT case SCS 12/5XXXX address these

b) For the second time, (asked on 30 January 2013 but it was never
answered), provide clear details of these expenses that were paid
to Strata Agency in FY 2012:

Disbursements            $6,857.23
Tax/BAS Generation Fee     $725.00      
Inspections                $618.32
Sundry Expenses            $444.00
Any other that I did not detect yet?

From the cashbook payments by account code I can see that
Account 270 (Disbursements) includes three expenses:

Bundled disbursements (what are they?)
Archive retrieval
Printing supplies
A4 Paper

Note that you must abide by Strata Community Australia Code of Ethics,
Part 2.1:

BEGIN QUOTE
Strata Managing Agents must not charge fees or disbursements that
are not permitted under the signed agency agreement or any variation
of it without the consent of the Owners Corporation.
END QUOTE

Apart from the Management Fee, are there any other charges by
the Strata Agency Raine & Horne Epping per quarter?

in the complex (either directly or through their
associations with other business or family trusts)?
