Hello,

This email is Bcc-ed to all members of the Executive Committee of SP52948
and relevant BCS Strata Management strata managers, including COO Mr.
Greg Freeman.

Yet again, due to lack of proper actions, and in non-compliance with Motion
at AGM 2014 and as per minutes of only EC meeting held in 2015 on 4 March 2015,
nothing was done about illegal ISP Big Air who runs business without benefits to
owners corporation (incurring losses above $250,000.00 over 11 years).
Not even electricity costs are reimbursed.

The current problem is that E and BCS Strata Management imply that Grace Lawyers
provided ineffective services (and got paid above $4,000.00).

No other lawyers were involved in the case, or their engagement
is hidden from owners and costs undisclosed.

I want to clear up the grounds and eliminate innocent parties from
pending litigations and compensation claims.
 
EC members and BCS Strata Management are known as very corrupt
and ruthless "business" entities, who will blame anyone and everyone for
their own wrongdoings.

They have been engaged many times to comment, provide evidence and
prove their duty of care and professional conduct. Ample opportunities
were given to them - to no avail. They even refuse access to strata documents
as per SSMA 1996 S108 in 2014 and 2015. I am now putting the pressure on
the Department of Fair Trading to apply direct penalties to licensees.

Things are now becoming more serious. Huge financial losses in common
funds will have to be reimbursed through compensation claims.

The question is: how many parties are involved in fraud and mismanagement.

I am asking Grace Lawyers a simple question. Not replying will not stop
my further actions:

Do you feel that statements about your poor services are valid and fair?
And should you respond to EC and BCS Strata Management
and force them to revoke statements about you if they are baseless.

This is an unsolicited message, with the belief that you would like to have some
knowledge of the case you were involved with for several months in 2013 and
part of 2014.

We met briefly when my wife and I were inquiring about poor processes at CTTT
hearings.

At that time, I mentioned serious corruption of Raine & Horne Strata Sydney
(now trading as BCS), although I was fully aware (without disclosing it) that they
actually hired you to help with 10-year disastrous contract with WHome (now BigAir)
Wireless ISP contract.

In June this year, the Executive Committee and Raine & Horne Strata Sydney
reported that they had cancelled your further services and allegedly planned
to seek solution through other ways. As very often in the past, they promise
actions but never deliver. Nothing much happened until I took actions
in my own hands.

Of importance to you is the fact that all owners in Strata Plan 52948 got AGM
2014 notice in which Raine & Horne Strata Sydney and the Executive Committee
squarely blame your company for failed negotiations with WHome (BigAir) - see
small attachment with screenshot from the AGM notice.

On the other hand, as I am expert in telecommunications and forensic investigations,
I am happy to share with you what I have done alone so far.

In short, BigAir does not have authorisation to run business in the complex and
has never shown an ACMA license. I contacted ACMA twice and they failed to provide
telecom licence of any kind. I then did my own web search at ACMA and found no
evidence of any equipment being registered at Strata Plan 52948 address.

I initiated a complaint with Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman
(reference 2014/10/03580) and on 26 November 2014 I am forcing
owners corporation to authorise the TIO office to pursue it officially.

For BigAir not to act as per contractual obligations for more than 10 years, and now
engaging in dishonest and unauthorised activities, no valid excuse can be given.

As far as what Raine & Horne Strata Sydney and the Executive Committee wrote and
said about your services - well, interesting comments must be taken with grain
of salt...
