Hi Fair Trading,

• We have hired services of criminal lawyers for various issues related to mismanagement of the complex, threats to Lot 158, and actions by publicly-funded organizations that should have helped.
  

On 30 October 2019, our lawyer sent a request to SP52948 to provide access to strata files that were NOT PROVIDED in previous document searches. Attachments:

• Solicitor Adrian Mueller, who is listed as one of persons of interest in what we allege to be FOUR fraudulent insurance claims and services related to providing false statements in Statutory Declaration to CTTT and District Court in 2013 and 2014 (Police Event E65804633), replied back on 14 November 2019, rejecting access to strata files and claiming that such files "likely not available". Attachment:

 No further comments are necessary, apart from expectation that Fair Trading NSW will take decisive actions.
