Action

Minister Kean asked NSW Fair Trading to consider our concerns and respond to us directly.

        From address nsw-govt-fin-ser@au.customergauge.com two requests:

        18 May 2018, reference number 9333507

        19 October 2018, reference number 9526773

        From address FWD.5jr1kqk53q0o@opayq.com one request:

                23 November 2018, reference number 9562217

We could not provide any evaluation because we had absolutely no information what was resolved and what these cases were related to.

Impact

The actions by strata managers and the Executive Committee not only caused significant financial losses to all owners, but as well directly threatened safety, increasing health risks (smoking near our rooms and the balcony, poor ventilation in bathroom and laundry, and well-being of my wife and me, so much so that two additional Police Events were generated for stalking, intimidation, and bullying by some of the staff employed by owners corporation, with direct tacit approval by strata managers and EC members (of which number are not valid to be members of the committee due to unpaid levies - evidence provided).

Poor management of the complex continues unabated.

Strata company acts as strata manager, Secretary, Treasurer, and Chairperson of the committee for the second year in a row and prevents owners from having access to full financials.
