To whom it may concern,
Long time has passed since the Hon Matthew Kean MP, Minister for Innovation and Better Regulation referred complaints about strata plan SP52948 to Fair Trading on 3 October 2017, which helped NSW Fair Trading open case with reference number 9125004.
In the meantime, three other alleged references were initiated without any details being given to us:

9526773
9562217
In spite of all efforts and promises given so far, no evidence of actions that NSW Fair Trading took or completed in regards to these serious allegations (supported by numerous and overwhelming evidence) has been received.
Would you please provide us with an update on these four cases?
