Hello,
Another request that you declined to answer so far. It will not go away and will be raised at the EGM when you announce it properly.
In addition, you will have to provide these answers to the CTTT and the police (for the latter, you will get the news soon). Your company and you were involved in fraudulent activity designed to obtain guaranteed benefits to selected owners and the Solicitor.

a) Who created unofficial proxy form for AGM 2012 (examples from three members of the Executive Committee enclosed herewith - I have more that were signed by other owners but not submitted here)?

I know one of them as I caught him in person: Mr Moses Levitt (member of the Executive Committee).
The names of other "collectors" are requested now.
d) Based on my findings, please conduct a recount of proxy votes at AGM 2012 and report how many were ILLEGAL and MUST BE DISCARDED (hint: also look for proxy votes which were not date-stamped, or did not contain approval for the proxy to vote on all motions, and so on).
Treat this inquiry with urgency. There is a reason why I am asking this.
Not complying with my request is not an option you can rely on.
