Hi,
Report of the audited accounts for FY 2017 and 2018 was never provided to owners, which should have been part of the agenda for the Annual General Meetings.
Lot 158 requested release of the reports multiple times, last time as recent as 10 May 2019, which MUST have been completed before the AGMs.
Waratah Strata Management failed to produce them for the last two years.
Minutes of and agenda for AGMs 2017 and 2018 were provided to Fair Trading NSW in the previous correspondences.
