Hi,
I have just returned from a long business trip overseas. I expected to find at least an email response or a missed phone call from your organisation in the meantime.
None of them occurred.
At this stage, I am inclined to make the following conclusions:
1. Two listed Directors are your members but you are not willing to investigate their repetitive and deliberate misconducts.
That would put credibility of your organisation under spotlight.
or
2. Two listed Directors are not your members, in which case a simple response to me would suffice. That is what common duty of care and respect of customers dictate.
In regards to BCS Strata Management and Pica Group, where these two Directors have roles, the evidence is very clear and undeniable:
